In the world of visual communication printing methods used for interior design purposes have an increasing popularity. Today professional-quality printed interior decoration is used not only for
business purposes. With digital printing becoming increasingly commonplace, now it is also available for those who would like to make their homes more colorful. It opened several opportunities for interior designers; and seizing these opportunities they can come up with creative and innovative solutions.

Diasec
This is a special method for displaying photos, which consists of a water-clear Plexiglas sheet and a photo print. The photo print is mounted to the back side of the UV-filtering Plexiglas sheet. The
Plexiglas sheet is cut with laser, thus the edges are sharp, and their surface gets melted by the intense heat, which creates an even, homogeneous, glass-like surface. The glass-like, water-clear Plexiglas sheet increases the sharpness and the contrast of the picture behind it, and makes its colors more vivid. Framing the pictures is not necessary. Acrylic photos can be mounted to the wall using traditional or distance bolts. Using distance bolts a special effect can be added to the picture, since it will be like it was floating in front of the wall. It is a method frequently used in galleries, but it is also getting increasingly popular among interior designers, who use it for optically dividing the surface of the walls of the house, creating an eye-catching environment.

Wallpaper
Digitally printable wallpapers made by ERFURT can be used for decorating office buildings, apartment houses and hotels. They create a very special and elegant atmosphere. We can choose from four kinds of surface structures depending on the mood and the internal environment of the picture. A fine surface structure is appropriate for displaying pictures and photos rich in detail, and a rough surface structure for paintings or reproductions of original murals. The material is air-permeable, thus has anti-fungal properties, and if it is stuck on the wall appropriately, it lasts for a long time.
